Outdoor parties are one of my favorite parts of spring and summer. Getting back outside is so refreshing, and I want my patio guests to feel refreshed too. In preparation for my big patio debut, I decided to add pops of color to bring more energy and vibrance to my outdoor haven.

My patio started out basic and somewhat drab, but a neutral base is a great way to start. Adding colorful accessories brought so much life! The blue and white outdoor rug with fabulous design grounds the colors that are repeated in the pillows and tray.

The patio's winding path really adds to the quaint charm of our long courtyard -- makes me feel like I have stepped into the pages of a good book.

As I looked through Wayfair for inspiration, I saw this awesome neutral set with pops of color and knew that was the look I was hoping to achieve.
