Easy & Delicious Greek Turkey Burger Recipe

Take your burger to the next level by making this easy, delicious Greek turkey burger.
Greek Turkey Burger -- all it needs is a Gluten Free Bun to be Gluten Friendly


For Burger:
1 lb. Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp Tiger Sauce
1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt 
1 dash Pepper

Fresh Spinach
Dried Cranberries
Crumbled Feta
Tzatziki Sauce

1.  Combine the ground turkey, Tiger Sauce, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.  I must say, the Tiger Sauce is the secret ingredient in all the burgers at my house!

2.  Get those burgers on the grill and heat to an internal temp of 170-175 degrees.

3.  Dress your burger with the spinach, cranberries, feta, tatziki and bun.

Since part of my family is gluten free, a gluten-free bun is all that is needed for this meal to work for everyone.  We usually pair with baked sweet potato fries and fresh fruit.  This meal is a crowd pleaser and is an easy option for a get together.
