| Thanksgiving Table with a Rustic Modern Touch |
When I set the table, I like to start from the center and work my way out. I knew I wanted to use this rustic, fall looking cake plate (note the deer in the corner -- it has other forest animals too) with this gorgeous multi-toned, ceramic pumpkin. I needed something as a tablecloth or runner, so I decided to use a leftover piece of plywood from another project.

I just adore the wood grain details with its grayish hue. Next, I chose to scatter fall leaves and add some silver candle holders with mirrors underneath to bring a modern flare to the rustic centerpiece.

The silver trimmed china given to me by my grandmother and silver chargers were the perfect choice for my modern meets traditional theme.

Wow! I love this table.
